Before boarding a plane, the instructors will walk you through the entire process, including a demonstration. Both of Dubai's skydiving destinations are world-famous, and the most qualified instructors will gently lead you back on the ground. You can also spend some time at the Skydive Cafe if you are not interested in skydiving but would like to see a friend or family member do so.
